Color is the core of the work. Isabella focuses on customized color, especially blonding and lived-in looks. Options include balayage in half or full head sizes, partial or full foil highlights and lowlights, single process root and grey coverage, face framing, hairline coloring, and color correction or fantasy colors after a consultation. Extra color and extra lightener are priced for coloring that needs more formulas or product, and a conditioning treatment can be added to any color service.

Beyond color, the menu covers haircuts, blowouts, flat ironing or curling, stand-alone conditioning for dry, damaged or dull hair and scalp, and updos for special events. Lasio is a keratin service meant to reduce frizz while keeping hair healthy and bouncy. Consultations and bang trims are free.

The salon is small, so clients may bring one companion who is not receiving services. Clients who are unwell are asked to reschedule, with no cancellation fee. Clients more than 15 minutes late are asked to reschedule. Children are seen for hair services from age 13.
