Gel, dip and enhancement services carry a 7-day guarantee against lifting, chipping or loss, and Gel X nails that come off within 5 days can be redone at no charge. Traditional polish is not guaranteed. Corrections are available within 7 days of the original service, color changes after service are redone at half the service price, and refunds are not given once a service is complete. Under Massachusetts law, nail technicians cannot cut or treat ingrown toenails, so that work must go to a licensed medical professional. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and children's services do not include cutting cuticles.

The salon says its implements are sterilized and disinfected after each use, that buffers and files are used once and then discarded, and that its staff follow a sanitization protocol. All pedicures are done with liner protection.
