Its core business is eyelash extensions, offered in four styles: Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume. Each style comes as a full set or as a fill on a 1, 2, 3 or 4 week schedule, and first-time clients have their own set options.

Beyond extensions, the studio offers lash lifts with or without tinting, lash tinting on its own, and a range of brow services. These include brow lamination, brow tinting, shaping, brow waxing and permanent make-up in ombre and combo styles, where a free follow-up touch-up is included 4 to 6 weeks after the procedure. A waxing menu covers the face, underarms, arms and legs, and the studio also lists a Head Spa and Mobile IV Hydration & Wellness service.

Booking rules are set out clearly. Clients need to give at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and a $40 charge goes on the card for late cancellations, changes or no-shows. Arriving more than 15 minutes late means the appointment time is not extended and the visit may be rescheduled. If a client is unhappy with their lashes, complimentary fixing is offered within 4 days of the last visit.

Aftercare guidance for extensions is also spelled out. Lashes should stay dry for 24 hours and clear of steam rooms, saunas and swimming during that time. Waterproof mascara and oil-based eye products should be avoided, and only oil-free products should be used around the eyes. Extensions should not be permed or tinted and should be removed only by a trained professional. Refills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks and no later than 4 weeks, and a refill after 4 weeks is charged as a new set; if less than 20% of lashes remain at a refill, a new set is also charged.
