TStyle Beauty and Beyond operates from a private salon suite at 630 W Schrock Rd in Westerville. Tawanna, the owner and stylist, specializes in precision short-hair styling and works with clients who maintain a signature pixie or are ready for a transformation. Each service is personalized, and the focus is on hair health and the client's experience.

The pixie services are built around the client's current hair. A Pixie Cut reshapes and refines an existing pixie with a precision cut, mold, dryer set and finished style, taking about 2 hours 25 minutes. A Pixie Transformation Haircut is for clients moving from longer hair to a pixie or making a major change to a short style; it begins with a consultation and takes about 2 hours 55 minutes. Between appointments, a Pixie Refresh adds a curl or flat-iron refresh in about 30 minutes, and it must be booked within 7 days of the original appointment on clean, dry hair free of buildup. If hair is tangled, heavily product-coated or oily, the stylist may recommend a full service instead.

Chemical and maintenance services are also offered. Short Hair Texturizer + Style softens the natural curl pattern while keeping texture and movement, and includes Olaplex No. 1 bond protection. The Virgin Relaxer + Pixie Transformation Cut is for clients starting with natural, unrelaxed hair and runs about 3 hours; it includes one complimentary precision cut touch-up, which must be used within 4 to 5 weeks and covers cutting only. Shampoo and style services suit relaxed or natural hair between visits, and Short Hair Shampoo Style maintains established short hair. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and it is closed Sundays and Mondays.
