Surgical work includes facelifts, a deep plane facelift and deep plane neck lift, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery and facial fat transfer, along with breast augmentation, breast lifts, breast reconstruction and breast implant removal. Body procedures include tummy tuck, liposuction, VASER HD liposuction, Brazilian butt lifts, mini Brazilian butt lifts, mommy makeovers, arm lifts and gynecomastia. Gender affirming surgeries are also among the procedures offered.

Non-surgical care includes Botox, dermal fillers for lips, cheeks and lines, PDRN injections, a NovaThread lift, laser and radiofrequency treatments, Hydrafacial, LED light therapy, skin tightening with XERF RF, and body contouring with devices such as Emsculpt, Exilis and Vanquish ME. Medical-grade skincare from SkinCeuticals and Skin Science is sold, and the practice notes these products can be used at home without an in-office treatment.

Consultations cost $110 in person with Dr. Tseng or virtually, and $25 with a surgical consultant. That fee is applied toward the procedure chosen afterward, while missed appointments or cancellations within 48 hours are charged the full consultation fee. Pricing depends on the procedure, treatment plan, anesthesia, facility fees and any added services, and financing may be available through healthcare lenders.

The office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and on alternate Wednesdays with the same hours; it is closed on weekends. The office was recently redecorated and is described as upscale and private. A VIP membership is available for members who purchase 12 units of services; it is billed annually with monthly dues, and services pause if dues fall behind.
