Each service is tailored to the client's curl pattern, with one-on-one attention and personalized curl consultations. The salon says it has hundreds of local clients who come back for consistent results.
New clients have a first session priced at $140 that lasts about 2.5 hours. It begins with a curl consultation and continues with a full styling session. New color clients also have a consultation first. Severely tangled hair carries extra charges, so clients are asked to arrive with their hair detangled, and detangling charges may apply to color services too. Any styling added after a cut should be mentioned when booking.
The salon serves clients across La Jolla and Spring Valley and works with curly, kinky, coily, wavy and swavy textures, including young children from age 1 up to 13.
