Appointments are a private, comfortable experience. Clients can relax, chat or get work done during their visit, and Wi-Fi, snacks, drinks and a TV are available. New clients book online and also complete a New Client Form, which the salon reviews before confirming. Appointments are confirmed 72 hours ahead. Cancelling with less than 72 hours' notice carries a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount, and cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice carries 100%, both applied before future bookings.
Service prices include a blow-dry and style, and work that takes extra time carries an additional charge. The color menu runs from a 60-minute toner or gloss to a 180-minute full foil, with root retouch, all-over color, face framing and partial foil in between. Hair extensions begin with a consultation, since pricing depends on desired length, density and maintenance plan. The salon lists an initial investment of $500 to $1,500 and upkeep every four to eight weeks at $300 to $700.
