About

Truth Mind & Body, LLC operates the business from Sparks Village, in a space of about 6,000 square feet at 10 Fila Way. Stacey Loizeaux, the owner and general manager, and Bob Breckel, the operations manager and float master, founded it and took over the space. The business says it aims to offer pure, honest products and services at a fair price, in an open, easy-going setting where clients and staff can be themselves. It describes its atmosphere as authentic, edgy, hip, loose, down-to-earth and lively. Clients can wait in a lounge with free assorted teas and other refreshments, and the boutique carries locally made, handmade, made-in-USA and fair trade items.

Energy work offers Reiki and sound therapy. Floats take place in Epsom salt float suites, and power downs include a 3D zero gravity massage, HydroMassage and an infrared sauna.

Waxing and skin care are offered together, with body and facial treatments, lifting and tinting, and waxing for most areas of the face and body. The business says its waxing professionals use state-of-the-art equipment and high-quality products, and that it has spent heavily on its treatment equipment.

The business is open Tuesday and Thursday from 9AM to 9PM, Friday through Sunday from 9AM to 6PM, and is closed Monday and Wednesday. Clients can call, text or email, and the business has a published cancellation policy. Studio space for classes, workshops, meditations and group sessions is bookable, and it is offered free of charge, as needed, to charitable and mission-oriented groups, including groups in the cancer community.
