Trusted Nails is based in Pontiac, Michigan, and serves both men and women of all ages. The salon says it has more than four years of experience in the nail industry and describes its aim as tailoring each visit to the individual needs of the client while keeping the experience high in quality. Its stated goals are client comfort and safety in its techniques, along with nails that are creative, polished and glamorous.

Booking follows a few clear rules. Cancellations should be made two to three days before the appointment, online through the email or text confirmation. Rescheduling is allowed once, up to 24 hours before the appointment. Clients under 18 need permission before they can book. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The salon may refuse or end an appointment if it feels uncomfortable, unsafe, disrespected or the environment is unsuitable, and deposits may be forfeited in those cases.

The salon is open Friday from 7 PM to 10:30 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to 9 PM and Sunday from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and is closed Monday through Thursday. Gift cards come in amounts of $50, $75, $100 or $200, or in a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. The Trusted Member membership costs $25 per month, with its benefits applied automatically at in-store checkout. Members earn rewards that can be redeemed for a percentage discount.
