Pedicures make up the core of the service menu, offered in seven tiers. The entry option is a 30-minute Rapido for $35, and the top option is a 75-minute Oro Luxury for $110. All tiers include a foot soak, cuticle care, callus treatment, a hot towel, and standard polish. Longer tiers add massage, hot stones, paraffin wax, and additional steps. Appointments take place in Lexor Privé Lounge chairs, which feature an enclosed dome for privacy, heated steam, an LED chromotherapy basin, and dual-jet massage. Epsom salt, milk, or honey soaks can be added for $7 to $17. The Luxury Herbal Detox soak is included with the Oro Luxury tier.

Manicures range from a hands-only classic polish change at $15 to the Luxury Wax Manicure at $53. A Spa Manicure is $25, and gel manicures are $38; the salon says its LED-cured gel lasts about three weeks without chipping. Acrylic full sets start at $55 and refills at $45, lasting roughly three to four weeks between fills. Gel-X soft gel extensions on the Aprés system start at $60, and the salon describes them as having no acrylic odor. Dipping powder, builder gel and custom nail art round out the nail menu, with nail art priced per design.

Hygiene is a stated focus. The salon says it sterilizes metal tools in an autoclave between every client and opens sealed tools in front of the client. Single-use files, buffers and pedicure liners are thrown out after one use, and pedicure chairs are sanitized after each visit. The salon describes its sanitation as hospital-grade.

If a gel chips, an acrylic lifts or anything is wrong within five days of a visit, the client can return and the fix is free. Walk-ins are welcome every day, though appointments are recommended for Gel-X, nail art and groups. Groups of three or more can reserve side-by-side chairs by calling ahead. Online bookings are confirmed by text within an hour. The salon asks for as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling and may set cancellation or no-show fees or rebooking limits.
