Trust Hair Co. Extensions was founded in 2019 by Brittney Rhodes. The salon operates as a rental facility, and each stylist works independently, setting their own prices, schedules and services. Prices are starting points that can change with hair density or length, technique, amount of color and appointment length.

Appointments are booked through each stylist. The online form sends a request that the stylist reviews before confirming, and future appointments can be pre-booked. Some appointments require a non-refundable deposit, which can be carried over if the appointment is moved at least 48 hours ahead. Some services can take up to six hours.

Extensions are 100% human hair, which the salon says is ethically sourced from Western regions of China. Trust Tied Wefts come in 18 and 22 inch lengths, and hand-tied extensions are installed without heat, tape or glue. Consultations for extensions are free, and a luxury hand-tied weft install requires a consultation first. Hand-tied installs are typically refreshed every 8 to 10 weeks, move-ups every 6 to 8 weeks, and extensions replaced every 6 to 9 months. Move-ups should be done by a licensed, trained professional.

The head spa menu has four services: the Reset (60 minutes), the Ritual (90 minutes), the Escape (120 minutes) and the Trust Extension Ritual (90 minutes), which is designed for clients wearing hand-tied wefts and avoids their anchor points. The salon says these treatments are performed by licensed cosmetologists, use luxury product lines chosen for scalp health and hair integrity, and are color-safe.

Returns and exchanges on hair must be made within 14 days of purchase, with the hair unworn and still in its original packaging, and a 15% restocking fee applies with the customer paying return shipping. Colored, toned or purple-shampooed extensions cannot be returned.

Stylists work independently here, managing their own service offerings and booking calendars from within the salon. According to the salon, professionals are the ones who select its extensions, and the salon reports that clients who put a premium on excellence and dependability favor them.
