Visits are by appointment only. Clients can book online or by calling or texting the office, and the spa also offers virtual consultations for select services. It is a self-pay clinic and does not bill insurance, but it provides superbills for insurance reimbursement when applicable. The body contouring menu covers Cellutone, Evolve X and Ultimate Contour, all non-invasive with no downtime. Ultimate Contour uses low-frequency ultrasound on fat cells, takes about 40 minutes and can be tailored to areas such as the waist, thighs and arms. Evolve X combines radiofrequency energy with muscle stimulation to tone and define the core, glutes and arms. Cellutone uses mechanical stimulation to smooth cellulite and uneven skin texture. Medical weight management and hormone care are handled separately from body contouring. Every weight loss patient starts with an in-person consultation at the Sandy clinic, which includes a visit with a registered nurse, a medical history review, a personalized plan and a 3D body scan. Prescription weight-loss medications are only available after evaluation by a licensed medical provider and are not guaranteed. BioIdentical hormone replacement therapy is offered to men and women, beginning with a consultation and lab testing, and suitability is decided through a personalized assessment. Telemedicine for hormone therapy is limited to patients physically in Utah during the visit and under the care of a licensed Utah provider.
