On the hair side, a haircut with shampoo takes about 45 minutes. Retwist services are offered for loc and interlock hair: a retwist on its own takes about two and a half hours, and a comb retwist combined with a haircut takes about two hours and forty-five minutes. Retwist and underarm wax are non-refundable deposit services rather than holds, and both require a signed client release form before the visit.

Waxing covers a wide range of areas. Brazilian wax is open to men and women and covers the bikini line, the strip between the cheeks, and front hair, with the amount left to the client; it takes about 45 minutes. Clients returning within six weeks of a previous visit with the salon's staff can book a reduced-price Brazilian maintenance session. A Brazilian Wednesday rate is available only on Wednesdays. Smaller services include underarm, cheek, chin and lip waxing.

Booking rules: the card is not charged at booking unless the 24-hour cancellation policy is violated, and late cancellations or no-shows incur a $25 fee.
