The lash menu covers classic, hybrid and volume styles. Classic full sets use a 1:1 technique with one extension per natural lash, hybrid sets combine classic lashes with volume fans, and volume sets use handmade fans for a fuller look. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks. Other lash services include a Korean lash lift, with or without tint, a standalone lash tint, a Lash Boost that adds fullness to areas that have shed for about a week (it does not replace a regular fill), bottom lash extensions, and professional-grade extension removal. A Lash Fix visit adjusts, removes or refines existing extensions and can be booked within three days of the first appointment. Before a full set, clients can book a Lash Logic Consultation, a 10-minute in-person eye analysis whose fee goes toward the service.

Brow services include shaping by threading, waxing or tweezing, a quick brow tint, a brow wax and tint, and brow lamination, which includes a brow clean-up and can be paired with a tint. Chin and lip waxing are also offered, starting at $20. A phone consultation is available for questions about lash and brow services.

Booking is secured with a valid card on file, and several services ask for a deposit ahead of the visit. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Later cancellations are charged 50% of the service total, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Arriving more than 10 to 15 minutes late, depending on the service, may mean the appointment is shortened or rebooked, and the full fee may still apply. Clients who no-show without contacting the studio may be asked to prepay future bookings. Gift cards are final sale. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 8 PM and closed Thursday and Sunday.

Services are tailored to each client's features, with the health of natural lashes and brows given priority.
