A full-face session typically runs about an hour and begins with a topical numbing cream. Skin is usually red and sensitive for a day or two. Three to four sessions spaced four to six weeks apart are common for persistent concerns, with maintenance once or twice a year suggested. Superficial chemical peels use mild alpha- or beta-hydroxy acids and usually take under an hour, and patients are advised to avoid direct sun and use a broad-spectrum SPF while healing. Saline IV drip sessions take 30 to 60 minutes, begin with a brief health consultation and are monitored by a provider throughout.

The practice has a mobile mammogram program that visits the Lilburn office roughly every other month for breast cancer screenings. It is offered at no charge to Vietnamese-speaking patients and includes a Vietnamese-language interpreter.
