A first visit usually begins with a consultation and skin analysis, and treatments are customized from there. The first-time client service runs about an hour and a half and covers the consultation, analysis and a treatment, and it cannot be refunded or transferred. Microneedling, additional microneedling areas and chemical peels require a separate consultation on a different day before booking. Virtual one-on-one consultations of 45 minutes and 15-minute follow-ups are offered at no charge.

The menu runs from a 30-minute kids facial for children under 13 and a teen facial to longer facials such as an oxygen lift, a protein oxygen therapy facial and a relaxation facial with steam and enzyme exfoliation. Zemits HydroDiamond facials, hand rejuvenation, dermaplaning, LED light therapy and a Verstand HD Pro system round out the skin care clinic side. Membership plans, bridal packages, group facial parties in the Small Ballroom at The Guild, and travel options with a travel fee are also available.

Oncology services are offered in-home with a travel fee. They include customized facials, hand, foot and scalp treatments, and a caregivers treatment. Products are sold through an online store and in The True Skin Collection of skincare, wellness items, gifts and home goods.
