True Skin Aesthetics is a medical spa founded by Sarika Diaz, centered on corrective skincare and laser treatments. About

A visit usually starts with a True Skin Consultation: an in-person evaluation, a VISIA skin analysis, and a personalized treatment and homecare plan. A $50 consultation deposit goes toward eligible treatments or skincare purchases made within 30 days. Treatment plans are chosen for each person, and the salon says it gives honest recommendations and does not push clients into services they do not need. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, or a $100 fee applies.

The facial menu includes Diamond Glow, which uses a diamond tip, gentle suction and serums selected from five SkinMedica Pro-Infusion options, with no downtime; it starts at $185 and is suggested every four to six weeks for maintenance. Microneedling uses sterile, single-use tips for fine lines, acne scars, stretch marks and uneven tone, starting at $350. Other facials include microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and the True Skin Signature Facial, which combines dermaplaning, an ND:YAG laser treatment and a superficial peel in one session.

Laser services include Moxi, a non-invasive fractional laser for texture, tone, pores, fine lines and hyperpigmentation, starting at $750; BBL Photofacials, which target pigment and redness and are described as suited to light to medium skin tones, starting at $550; a YAG laser facial on a Cynosure Elite+ system, starting at $400; SkinTyte infrared laser skin tightening; and laser hair removal, starting at $75. Laser tattoo removal uses a Quanta Q-Plus T Q-switched laser, priced by size from $125 for extra small tattoos to $750 or more for extra large ones, with custom packages available. The salon notes that it cannot guarantee complete removal, and that green, teal, yellow and white ink can be more resistant. Fading for cover-ups is also offered.

Beauty Bank is a membership at $250 per month. Each payment is credited to the member's own balance for eligible in-office services. Members get preferred pricing of up to 20% on eligible laser services and up to 10% on non-laser clinical services and medical-grade skincare, plus a monthly dermaplane or superficial peel enhancement, a birthday credit and early access to launches. The membership starts with a six-month term and then runs month to month, and balances can build to a cap of $3,000. Skincare products, including ALASTIN, Ourself, EPICUTIS and SkinBetter Science lines, are sold in the office only. The practice also participates in the Alle Rewards Program and offers payment plans through Cherry.
