The studio sits next to Paradise Pizza and is open Monday through Thursday from 10 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 11 am to 3 pm, with Friday and Sunday closed.

Facial options run from 30-minute express facials, such as the Clear Out Purify, Glow Up Illuminate, Dermaplane and Glow, and Skin Revival Hydrate and Nourish services, to 60-minute signature facials and a 90-minute anti-aging facial. Most facials can be extended with a range of upgrades, and several include complimentary extras such as face, decollete and hand massage, face mapping, a hand treatment and aromatherapy. Skin Analysis uses a video microscope, and the photos are saved to the guest file before an express service is performed.

Chemical peels are not booked online. Guests start with a one-hour in-person consultation for $100, which includes before and after photos, a skincare routine review, a skin analysis, a custom morning and evening routine, an express custom facial and a peel estimate. The $50 consultation fee is credited toward a peel booked within two weeks. The studio may decline to apply a peel if it judges the peel unsuitable for a guest's skin type or condition.

Waxing is done with Berodin, a sugar-free, low-temperature hard wax that adheres only to hair. First-time guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to complete a consultation form. New guests can also book a complimentary 20-minute consultation to tour the suite and ask questions before booking.

Treatment plans are customized to each guest's skin type and concerns, with the aim of helping people reach their skincare goals through in-studio treatments and at-home routines.

The studio aims for a relaxing and warming feel.
