The menu covers Botox, Dysport and Xeomin injections, three types of dermal filler (hyaluronic acid, calcium hydroxyapatite and poly-L-lactic acid), PDO smooth threads, biostimulator injections, PRP therapy, SkinPen microneedling, the ViPeel chemical peel, B12 and glutathione injections, GLP-1 and GIP peptide treatments for weight loss, and IV hydration with personalized wellness infusions. Groups of up to 8 can book a Tox Party.

A visit starts with a complimentary in-person consultation to help choose a treatment. Clients are asked to watch self-assessment videos before their appointment. The clinic says visits are unhurried and that questions are encouraged. Comfort needles are used, with topical or local anesthesia available. Couples and friends are welcome to book together, and the space has a warm, gathering feel with coffee available.

Appointments are booked online or by phone and confirmed and reminded by email or text. A patient portal holds scheduling, consent forms, medical history, paperwork and before-and-after photos. Full payment is due at the time of service, and a card must be kept on file even for cash payers. Major credit cards and cash are accepted, but the clinic does not currently work with insurance. Clinical policies include an annual telehealth good faith evaluation by a physician, physician assistant or nurse practitioner, and pre-treatment guidance on avoiding certain medications and supplements.

The clinic aims for natural-looking results that enhance a client's existing features rather than change their appearance. It says it sets realistic expectations, recommends only the treatments a client needs, and addresses aging with a positive focus.
