A first visit opens with a complimentary Visia Skin Analysis consultation of about 30 minutes. New clients fill out a confidential patient registration and medical intake form when they arrive, and they are given time to get to know their provider before treatment. Injectable and invasive laser procedures are performed by an advanced laser and aesthetic skin care specialist.

The spa offers a VIP Membership at $99 per month. Members receive one free 50-minute HydraFacial MD ($159 value) or one medical-grade facial of their choice each month, 15% off laser and aesthetics services, 10% off products, up to $100 off PRGF Stem Cell Skin Rejuvenation, access to VIP events and monthly discounts, and the option to upgrade several treatments.
