The approach blends Japanese head-spa techniques, Ayurvedic principles and Dominican hair-care expertise. Every service starts with a high-definition scalp and hair analysis, and the treatment is then tailored to what that analysis shows. Some services use scalp hydro-dermabrasion and a nano-mist system for hydration, and the salon says its treatments use natural products.

A first visit takes about three hours and includes a consultation, a high-definition scalp analysis, a customized detox and treatment, hydration, scalp massage, and a Dominican blowout with styling. Guests receive a follow-up email with their analysis results and are then given a recommended maintenance schedule based on their routine and concerns. Returning guests can book advanced scalp and hair services, which include a 15-minute Ayurvedic head massage except for the Express Detox.

Booking is by appointment only, and walk-ins and express visits are not offered. Advance booking is recommended because the number of appointments is limited. The private room can take two guests at a time, with additional bookings scheduled back-to-back or at different times. Cards are accepted along with cash, though card payments carry a fee, and the standard tip is 20 percent of the total, with cash or Cash App tips appreciated. A Dominican blowout is not included with head spa services and must be added on. Head spa services cannot be done while extensions, braids or sew-ins are in place, and the salon recommends waiting at least two weeks after a chemical or keratin treatment.

The business does not diagnose or treat medical conditions and describes its head spa as no substitute for medical care. Guests worried about increased shedding can receive a scalp check and guidance on when to see a dermatologist or other medical professional.
