New clients start with a 30-minute consultation for $50 to talk through a treatment plan, which can also be done virtually on request. Chemical peels, CO2 laser resurfacing and plasma fibroblast therapy have an additional requirement of a consultation and a basic facial first, and preparation can take up to six weeks. Return clients can book a complimentary follow-up after a treatment or after more than a year away.
The business's signature is the True Peel, its proprietary chemical peel. The business says the True Peel is more effective than other peels, including BioRePeel, Cosmelan, Obagi, Perfect Derma and VI Peel, and that it outperforms lasers and microneedling with radio frequency devices.
