The main clinic is on the third floor of the pink Merry Richards Jewelers Building in Oakbrook Terrace, reached through the back or side entrance. A pop-up operates inside Silk Laser in Glenview, where select appointments can be booked. Treatments are offered by appointment during normal business hours every day. Appointments and free consultations are booked online, and clients who find no open time are asked to call. The clinic serves Oakbrook Terrace and nearby communities including Oak Brook, Lombard, Villa Park, Elmhurst, Hinsdale, Naperville and Downers Grove, as well as the wider Chicago area.

Each visit begins with a consultation that reviews health history, goals and desired outcomes. The clinic offers a complimentary consultation with a full facial assessment for people who are unsure which treatments they need. Consultations include education and transparent recommendations, and the team will advise against a treatment when it is not appropriate. Filler pricing is set by area treated, with discounts for treating two or more facial areas or for the facial balancing package. The comfort menu for filler appointments includes injectable and topical numbing, cryo wands, distraction tools and relaxation tools.

Beyond facial work, the clinic offers skin treatments such as precision and advanced microneedling, chemical peels including the Mandelic Peel, PRX T-33, Radiance RX and LED light therapy. Hair restoration is non-surgical and done in office, combining PRP and PRF, plant-based exosomes and red light therapy. Clients have direct cell phone access to their provider between visits, with no phone tree, hold music or front desk. Payment plans and a patient portal are available, and clients are enrolled in the Aspire Rewards program at checkout if they are not already members.

Recommendations are grounded in evidence-based medicine and aim for conservative, longer-lasting results, with individualized treatment plans, cost transparency, a focus on safety and education first.
