TRUCE Spa was founded by Carol Loya and is located at 600 Bellevue Way NE, Suite 400, inside The Westin Bellevue. The spa is open to hotel guests and non-guests alike. It says it combines ancient traditions with tropical botanicals, and its philosophy is that healing starts from within.

A visit begins with lighting a personal candle before the service. Guests have access to showers, lockers, robes, slippers and a candle-lit lounge, and complimentary beverages are served during visits. A complimentary glass of wine or beer comes with any service of 60 minutes or longer, and snacks are sold on site. Food can be ordered from the Westin, and parking is in Lincoln Square, with hotel elevators taking guests up to the spa.

The menu ranges from the Reviving TRUCE Journey, a 120-minute body treatment that combines dry brushing, a seasonal body scrub, a hydrating volcanic mud wrap and a customized massage, to the TRUCE Signature Facial, a 90-minute treatment with a protein enzyme step, a six-step home care system and NuFACE toning. Facials use organic and all-natural products from Eminence Organics and Epicuren, and every facial includes relaxing massage elements.

Nail services take place in a quiet nail area. Groups can book spa parties or nail spa parties and mix and match services, with same-time service arranged where possible and an automatic 20% gratuity added. The Escape Package, priced at $409 and taking about three to four hours, bundles a 90-minute signature massage, a 60-minute customized facial, a classic manicure and pedicure, and a snack.
