Facials are customized to each client. A visit opens with a consultation and skin analysis, then moves through a double cleanse, a custom enzyme, extractions, two neck and shoulder massages and a custom blended mask. Tru You facials come in 60-minute ($175) and 90-minute ($275) versions, each with a choice of modalities included. A Virtual Skin Consultation is available for $75.

The HydraFacial menu has three tiers: Signature at $210, Deluxe at $259 and Platinum at $325. The treatment combines microdermabrasion and vacuum suction while infusing serums into the skin. The Acne Clearing Facial is $150 and is described on the site as Face Reality Certified.

Advanced modalities include dermaplaning, facial contouring massage, Gua Sha and jade roller massage, light therapy and Microcurrent 20hz PRO. Dermaplaning removes fine vellus hair, dead skin and peach fuzz. The studio describes Gua Sha as a Traditional Chinese Medicine technique, and says its light therapy is FDA approved and uses five lights. Microcurrent 20hz PRO uses sound waves and lymphatic drainage.

Booking is by appointment only and requires a credit card. A no-show fee of up to 100 percent of the scheduled value may be charged, and cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice carry a $100 fee. Products bought from the online shop cannot be returned.
