The menu falls into three groups. Nail enhancements include acrylic, several gel systems (Gel X, hard gel, hybrid and liquid gel), SNS and ombre dipping powder, and pink and white work, priced as a fill or a full set. Natural nail services include Shellac and four Tru manicure and pedicure packages that rise in price and in treatments. The Tru Classic package includes a cuticle trim, nail shaping, a hot towel, massage, buffing and polish, with a pumice stone and scrub added to the pedicure. The Tru Royalty package adds a seaweed wrap and paraffin to the manicure, and a clay mask and seaweed wrap to the pedicure. Complimentary wine comes with the Tru Girl, Tru Essence and Tru Royalty pedicure or combo services, and wine is available with Tru Classic combos. Waxing covers the face, arms, underarms, legs, back, bikini and Brazilian areas.

Sterilization and disinfection come first here. Instruments go through medical-grade sterilizing and disinfecting after every client, and single-use buffers and files are thrown away once they've been used. Each pedicure is performed with a liner in place. Staff work from a sanitation protocol built around protecting clients.

Clients can walk in or book by phone or through the salon's online booking page. E-gift cards are sold. The salon is open Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Hygiene is built into the routine, with sterilized tools, single-use buffers and files, and liner protection on every pedicure.
