The studio focuses on education and on skin health as a long-term investment, and it treats body health, mental health and wellness as part of skin care. The business says most skin products on the market are marketing-driven and do not create lasting change. It sells professional, skin-grade lines, most of them through the online shop with in-store pickup available at checkout, although Circadia products must be requested directly from the studio.

A visit begins with an assessment of the skin along with the client's home routine. Facial plans are individualized, skincare regimens are set for each skin type, and upcoming appointments are discussed at each visit. Monthly facials are suggested, timed around skin condition and goals, and once skin is in good health treatments are spaced about every four weeks. The studio works with all skin types, ages and ethnicities, and addresses concerns such as sun damage, acne, rosacea, aging and preventive care.

Brow work is a large part of the menu. New clients start with TRU Brow Design, which includes a consultation, professional shaping, a brow tint, a how-to fill-in guide, trimming and wax cleanup. Returning clients book maintenance visits at lower rates when they keep a monthly schedule. Brow lamination is a keratin treatment that sets brow hairs in place for about four to six weeks and does not include tint or cleanup.

Booking is available online at any hour, or by phone or text during business hours. Walk-ins are not accepted. Facials require a $50 deposit and most other services require a deposit of 50%. Changes made at least 48 hours ahead receive the deposit back in full, same-day cancellations are charged half the service minus the deposit, and arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice is treated as a missed appointment with the full service total charged.

The studio favors education and individualized plans, reviewing skin, home care and goals so that treatment and regimen choices are made for each client.
