The menu is broad. Braid services include Halo Braids, Bantu knots, tribal braids, feed-in braids and several twist styles, with prices starting at $40. Locs, sew-ins and wig installs are offered alongside silk presses, roller, rod and straw sets, relaxer services, color touch-ups and single process color, and cuts from a basic trim to bobs and layers. Individual Braids with Sew-In combines front braids with a sew-in at the back, and the salon describes it as suited to clients who do not want to sit for long. Scalp and hair treatments such as steam hydration, protein strengthening and a scalp detox can be added to most styling services, and a 45-minute RestorHer Signature Scalp Ritual combines steam, exfoliation and massage.

New clients are asked to book a free consultation of about 15 minutes before scheduling an appointment. Appointments require a $25 non-refundable deposit that is applied to the service total. The deposit can be moved once to a new date if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, and a client arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to rebook, with the deposit moving to the new time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the service total, and no-shows are charged the full total. Booking authorizes the salon to charge the card on file under these terms.

Payment runs through the booking platform. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The salon is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, on Saturday from 6 AM to 2 PM, and closed on Sundays.
