Booking depends on the service. Medical treatments are booked by phoning the admin team, while consultations, injectables and spa services can be booked through the online portal. Free consultations are offered in person or virtually, and all chemical peels require a consultation first. A credit card is required to book, and new patient consults, laser consults and appointments of two hours or longer require a deposit. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face, and a face-washing station is available for those who come 15 minutes early.

The medical side covers neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport and Daxxify), dermal fillers, Sculptra, threads, lasers including laser hair removal, microneedling, CoolSculpting, growth factor treatments, IV vitamin therapy and an acne clinic. The spa side centers on Glo2Facial, Hydrafacial, a Classic European Facial, Deep Pore Cleansing, dermaplaning, Neveskin and Lash Lift + Tint. Gift cards, a membership program, a referral program and financing are also available.

Injectors on the team include certified nurse practitioners, and the practice trains its own clinicians through Trouvé Academy, where new injectors complete hands-on training under the founder and the clinical director.
