Builder gel is the core of the menu. Services use Bio Seaweed Builder Gel with a gel color, whether as an overlay on the natural nail, a full set with small to medium tips or extensions, or a longer full set with long tips. Existing clients can book fills for overlays, full sets and long builder gel sets, and a square shape change is available for those who already have a rounded full set, subject to availability.

Manicures include a no-polish option that covers trimming, shaping and cuticle cleanup, and a gel manicure with shaping, cuticle work, buffing and a gel polish of the client's choice. Nail art ranges from small accents to elaborate hand-painted designs across all ten fingers, which can include 3D sculpting and are scheduled by email. Add-ons include French tips, crystal or accent covering on single nails, and chrome polish on all ten nails.

Clients who already have product on their nails from another salon need a soak-off before a manicure, gel or builder gel service. Acrylic or builder gel soak-offs can take up to an hour, and the salon may end a soak-off early if it suspects MMA on the nails, for safety reasons. Gel soak-offs that run past 30 minutes are adjusted to $20.

The salon is open Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 6 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 4 PM, and is closed on Sundays. Full set appointments need 48 hours' notice to cancel and other services need 24 hours; late cancellations are charged 50% of the service cost. New clients booking the BG Full Set or the BG Spicy Full Set pay a deposit.
