The studio is led by founder Natalia Hemingway, and electrologist Tiffany Rankin also works with clients. It is located in an office suite on MacMillan Park Drive, and the salon describes its setting as welcoming, discreet and clinically minded. Hours vary by day, with later evenings on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and shorter days on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Every new client begins with a consultation, which can be done in the office or virtually from home. An in-office visit of about 30 minutes covers goals, an assessment of the treatment area and a brief test treatment. New clients pay a $50 deposit for a consultation, and that full deposit is applied to the first electrolysis session.

The salon says electrolysis offers more treatment options than laser and is the only FDA-approved method of permanent hair removal. Each follicle is treated individually, and the plan is adjusted to the client's comfort, goals and daily life. Appointments run 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, and a 120-minute session includes up to 30 minutes of break time for larger or denser areas. Those sessions are priced at $40, $75, $110, $140 and $270, and no more than two 120-minute sessions may be booked in one day without prior owner approval. A 75-minute model service is offered at no charge.

Prepaid packages of 3, 6, 10 or 20 hours cost less than booking the same sessions one at a time. The START 3-hour package is $370, the COMMITMENT 6-hour package is $725, the TRANSFORMATION 10-hour package is $1,175, and the FOUNDERS 20-hour package is $2,240, which the salon calls its best value and a Founders exclusive. A package holder who books through the services page has the credits applied automatically at checkout. Changes made 24 or more hours ahead are free and can be moved to another time. Changes made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50 percent of the booked service, and changes made less than 4 hours ahead or missed appointments are charged 100 percent. Clients who repeatedly cancel late or miss appointments may be asked to pay in advance for later bookings. Individual session deposits run from $25 for a 15-minute visit up to $135 for a 120-minute one.
