The menu includes acrylic sets in several lengths, a budget option in one solid color or two coats, and two less conventional choices: a mystery set with a design picked from cute, spooky, witchy, or killer categories, and a freestyle set where the client shares their length and what they dislike and the artist chooses the design. Add-ons include 3D art, a French design on ten fingers, and detailed nail art. Combos pair dry manicures with dry pedicures or acrylic nails with acrylic toes. Dry manicures and pedicures use no water, and children ages 5 to 12 can book a manicure or gel toes. Soak-offs and repairs for cracked, broken, or chipped nails are also available.

Deposits of $10 to $20 apply for new clients and are non-refundable. Cancelling at least 48 hours ahead avoids fees, while cancellations or no-call-no-shows within 24 hours carry a 40% fee. Arriving 15 or more minutes late without prior approval counts as a cancellation, and same-day reschedules carry no fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The shop is open Monday and Tuesday 10 AM to 2 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 12 PM to 8 PM, Friday 9 AM to 12 PM, and Sunday 4 PM to 9 PM, and is closed on Saturdays.

Patricia treats nail work as art, creating classic elegance designs as well as bold, creative ones based on each client's vision.
