The salon offers classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume and wet-set eyelash extensions, as well as a customized trending set, where clients can send a photo of a look they like. Classic sets bond one extension to each natural lash. Hybrid sets combine classic and volume techniques. Volume sets use clusters of two to four handmade strands on each natural lash, and mega volume sets apply eight to 15 fine lashes to each natural lash. Wet sets use closely grouped lash fans for a damp-looking finish. Clients who had lashes applied elsewhere can book a foreign refill, and the salon may suggest removal and a fresh set depending on the condition of the lashes.

Brow services include waxing, threading, tinting and lamination. Facials come in skin and relaxing options and take ten minutes or more. Head spa visits come in three lengths: Golden Hour at 60 minutes, Head & Soul at 75 minutes and Cloud Nine at 90 minutes, each with a mini facial included. Lash lifts and tints are available on their own, without extensions, and take 30 minutes or more.

Booking is by appointment, and walk-ins are also welcome. The salon is closed on Mondays, open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Tuesdays and Sundays, and open 9:00 am to 6:00 pm from Wednesday through Saturday. Clients who need an appointment after 6 pm are asked to text 484-215-2810. A patch test is available as a lash allergy screening before an appointment. Clients should arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes, as a $10 makeup removal fee applies otherwise. Lash refills need at least 40 percent of extensions to remain, or a full set is required. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations and no-shows are charged a percentage of the service total.

The salon offers lash training, and prospective students are asked to email for details.

According to the salon, it stocks only natural, cruelty-free ingredients and professional-grade products. Lash and brow work is organized around a range of extension styles, so clients can choose a look from classic to voluminous.
