Trinity Roots Wellness

Trinity Roots Wellness is a skincare studio in Sausalito, California, set on the water at The Botnia Atelier, a workshop.

Every facial begins with a thorough consultation and is customized to the client's skin on the day of the treatment. Treatments may draw on gua sha, buccal massage, facial cupping and lymphatic drainage, with the aim of nourishing skin, supporting the skin barrier and restoring balance to the skin microbiome. Clients do not need to remove makeup first, since a deep cleanse is part of every facial. Extractions are included, though they are not the main focus of each treatment.

The longer signature option is the Atelier 90 Minute facial, which adds manual lymphatic drainage, Phyto5 Biorhythmic Drainage, sculptural facial massage, hand, arm, foot and scalp massage, custom exfoliation and soothing masks. The Lift & Release is a 60-minute facial that combines neolifting, buccal massage, gua sha and lymphatic drainage, and it suits jaw tension or a tune-up between longer sessions. Teens and children are suggested to book the 60-minute treatment.

Brow services are a separate offering. Brow Design for first-time guests uses gentle tweezing and trimming to groom a natural brow shape. Brow Clean Up & Tint uses precise tweezing and a plant-derived brow tint. Brow Maintenance is for return guests who come in for a cleanup about every three weeks. Waxing is available for brow services on request, and any brow service can be added to a facial.

Built on the idea that less is more and that skin should be listened to rather than fought, with treatments that aim to support the whole system beneath the surface.
