The menu is built around extension work: Apres Gel-X and hard gel fullsets in short, medium and long lengths, plus fill or rebalance appointments. Each of these includes a Russian manicure, gel polish and a no-lift technique. Hard gel is used for clients with curved nails, and the studio notes that hard gel is a separate product from gel polish and soak-off gel.

Manicure options are an e-file dry manicure and Trinity's Signature Manicure, which combines an e-file manicure, a hard gel overlay and gel polish. Additional services cover nail art, chrome, ombre, single-color color work, French design (hand drawn, priced per nail or as a full set), reshaping, cutting down, encapsulated nails, Swarovski crystals and nail repair. Design pricing depends on complexity, so a simple line costs less than a hand-drawn flower.

Booking is by phone or text, not by direct message or email. Bookings have a $100 minimum spend and need at least 24 hours' notice. A deposit of half the service total secures the appointment, and the balance is due at completion. Deposits and services are non-refundable, cancellations need 72 hours' notice, and one reschedule per deposit is allowed within 30 days. Clients are asked to arrive at their scheduled time only, since early arrivals are not accepted and bringing extra guests is not allowed because space is limited.

New clients send a photo of their hands ahead of the consultation, and everyone is asked to bring a design idea. Fill-ins are recommended every three to four weeks, with a fee if the appointment falls four or more weeks after the last one. Corrections within a week are free unless the client caused the problem. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and the studio accepts Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Square, PayPal and cash.

The studio uses hard gel for clients with curved nails and focuses on nail health, with the owner saying no expense is spared on the products used.
