Shampoo is included with every service and hair must be detangled before work begins. New clients booking color or extension services need a consultation first, and those bookings take a 50% non-refundable deposit that is applied to the finished service. A credit card is needed to hold an appointment, and late arrivals may be cancelled or rescheduled after 15 minutes. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged half the service price, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Cash, digital payments and major credit cards are accepted, with cash preferred. The salon does not take responsibility for hair damage from chemical or color processes, so clients are asked to talk with their stylist beforehand.

The menu is grouped into basic styling, chemical services, color and treatments. Basic styling covers blow dries, wraps, silk presses for natural hair, flexi-rods and individual two strand twists. Chemical services include relaxer touch-ups for relaxed hair and a virgin relaxer for natural hair that has never been relaxed, along with a keratin treatment for hair that has been color-treated or chemically processed. Color options run from semi color for gray coverage or deepening, to permanent color for a lighter all-over shade without bleaching, plus root retouches and foil highlights. Trims, cuts and a set of masks for hydration, moisture and protein needs round out the list, along with an Olaplex treatment for hair damaged by processing, heat or frequent color.
