Booking ahead is expected. Same-day appointments require a call or text before booking. Hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 5:00pm to 9:30pm, Wednesday and Saturday from 9:30am to 6:30pm, and closed on Sunday and Monday. Deposits are non-refundable but apply to the service, and the balance is paid in exact cash or by Zelle. One reschedule is allowed on the same deposit if the new time falls within 24 hours of the original booking; last-minute changes forfeit the deposit. Clients get a 5-minute grace period, a later arrival carries a $10 charge, and arriving 10 minutes late cancels the appointment unless the studio was told in advance, with a fee. Guests who will not be serviced are not admitted.

The waxing menu covers the stomach, underarms, bikini, Brazilian, Brazilian with inner thigh, and a manzillion option. Listed times and prices are: stomach strip, 5 minutes, $12; underarm wax, 10 minutes, $30; bikini wax, 10 minutes, $45; Brazilian wax, 15 minutes, $65; manzillion wax, 30 minutes, $75; and Brazilian with inner thigh, 25 minutes, $85. Multi-visit packages are also offered: three Brazilian waxes for $183 and six for $350, each listed at 20 minutes per visit.

Before a waxing appointment, skin should not be sunburned, irritated or broken, and waxing is not done over moles. Clients should wait at least seven days after a light chemical peel or microdermabrasion, avoid waxing on the same day as tanning booth use, and wait a year after laser skin resurfacing or two years after a physician-administered peel. Clients must be off Accutane for at least one year. Anyone using retinoids, acne medications, exfoliants or bleaching agents should mention it, since these can raise skin sensitivity. Afterward, avoid sun and tanning booths for two days, and skip hot baths, abrasives and underarm deodorant for 24 hours.

The site also lists microdermabrasion among its skin treatments, with screening for conditions such as active infection, active acne, sunburn, recent chemical peels, uncontrolled diabetes and pregnancy. Facials are not done during active infections, fever, recent head or neck injury, known product allergies, or when there are undiagnosed lumps or swelling.
