Appointments are booked for the first available time that works for the client. Detailed styles need enough appointment time, and hair should arrive clean, dry and detangled. Boho Knotless Braids and Knotless Braids take a $40 and $25 deposit respectively, and traditional sew-ins take a $25 deposit; deposits are nonrefundable. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and clients have a 15-minute grace period for late arrival. Appointments are for the client only, with no extra guests or children.
The business is open Tuesday through Friday from 6 PM to 11 PM and Saturday from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and is closed Monday and Sunday.
