The braiding menu covers 6-8 stitch braids, freestyle stitch braids of up to 12 or of 16-20 braids, and medium size pre-parting. Knotless braids are offered in mid back, waist and butt lengths, which take roughly six to seven hours; the listed prices include shampoo and either braiding hair or a blow dry, depending on the style.
The hair care menu includes reshape trims and haircuts, shampoo with blow dry, shampoo with blow dry and trim, and retwists with styling or men's braid styles. Signature silk press is about two hours. Protective quick weaves, natural hair minis for small installations and traditional sew-ins are also offered, with shampoo and steam deep conditioning included in the sew-in and hydration in the minis.
Knotless braid packages are valid for six weeks or one month and include a touch-up at four to six weeks, a professional trim, priority booking, a digital maintenance guide and a bottle of Hair Growth Serum. Payment plans are available for the butt-length package. A monthly silk press membership at $200 includes a silk press every two weeks and runs for three months with a three-month commitment, with no cancellations or refunds during that time.
Members can also join The Finisher Community for $27 a month and book a 30-minute business strategy call or a one-hour one-on-one Zoom meeting, both reserved for members. A loyalty program earns one point per dollar spent on plans, redeemable for discounts such as 1,000 points for $10 off, and a referral program gives members and their friends discounts. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, with later cancellations charged 50% of the scheduled service. One reschedule is allowed, and the deposit moves to the new date.
