Alongside services, the salon sells TEST (Tress Elite Essential Scalp Therapy), a scalp product sold in 1 oz and 2 oz bottles. It is marketed for scalp concerns including shedding, breakage, inflammation, flaky scalp and alopecia. Appointments are booked through the Book Online link on the website, not the TEST product phone line. Hours are Tuesday 9AM to 1PM, Thursday and Friday 8AM to 6PM, and Saturday 8AM to 4PM. The website states that clients must receive full service on Tuesday. TEST orders take about 4 business days to process, not including shipping, and all TEST sales are final.
