Braiding is the core of the menu. According to the salon, more than 60 braiding styles are offered, including knotless, stitch and tribal braids, with traditional box braids and Bohemian knotless braids also on the list. Beyond braids, the salon does frontal and closure installs, weaves, tape-in extensions, ponytails and makeup, and its online shop sells wigs, lace closures, lace frontals and virgin hair bundles.

A visit begins with booking through the online portal, which requires a $25 deposit that is non-refundable and applied to the total. The remaining balance is preferably paid by Zelle or cash, while Cash App and Apple Pay are accepted with a $3 fee. Hair should arrive washed and blow dried, or a $20 upcharge applies for blow drying before the appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late, after a 10-minute grace period, brings a $20 late fee, and appointments are cancelled past 20 minutes late. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged half the remaining balance, and no-call, no-shows pay the full remaining balance. Phones stay out of the chair, and extra guests and children are not allowed. Custom wigs need to be dropped off at least four days ahead. Working days run 9 AM to 8 PM, Saturdays 9 AM to 4 PM, and the salon is closed on Sundays.
