The studio was opened by Lala Cain and her longtime colleague and friend Tracy Deatrick after both left Benefit Cosmetics, where they had built their brow and waxing work. Both now see clients directly, and the website also has a shop page for purchasing products.

The menu covers brow shaping, tinting and lamination, lash lifts and cluster lashes, body and facial waxing and threading, chemical and enzyme peels, dermaplaning and diamond dermabrasion, and rejuvenation treatments for the back, bikini and buttock. The fire and ice facial is described as an intense clinical facial for safe, rapid exfoliation. Microblading is offered as a custom brow service priced by contact.

Booking an appointment in advance is preferred, though walk-ins are welcome, and appointments can be made online through Vagaro. Tools are cleaned and sanitized or sterilized, and the studio's lotions and oils are described as all-natural and spa grade.
