Color covers single-process root touch-ups for gray coverage, hairline and crown regrowth, face-frame highlights, partial and full foil highlights, gloss and toner, and balayage. Smoothing options include Express Keratin, Brazilian Blowout and the KCMax Smoothing Treatment, which the salon says reduce frizz and add shine.
Consultations are free and take about 15 minutes, and they can be arranged by text or an Instagram message. Appointment times vary by service, and many color services run past two hours. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 50% fee. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late may not be seen and are also charged that fee.
