Foot reflexology is the signature service. Each session starts with an exfoliating foot scrub, and reflexology is offered for 1, 1.5 or 2 hours, priced at $50, $80 and $100. Reflexology rooms come in small, medium and large sizes, and the chairs are leather recliners with a footrest and a table for shoes and belongings. The doors close at the push of a button and the rooms are soundproofed. Clients should wear loose pants that can be rolled to the knee.

The body massage menu covers hands, arms, legs, upper back, lower back and shoulders. Swedish and deep tissue sessions are $70 for an hour and $140 for two hours. Acupressure, Thai, sports, trigger point, neuromuscular and prenatal massages are $80 for an hour and $160 for two. Prenatal massage is for clients who are more than 20 weeks pregnant. Thai massage is performed on the table and uses no oil.

Combo sessions pair a body massage with foot reflexology. The one-hour combo, with 30 minutes of each, is $70 and takes place in a private room. The two-hour combo, with one hour of each, starts at $120. Couples massage gives two people a full body massage at the same time, in one of two couples rooms upstairs. A sliding door between those rooms can separate them into two individual rooms. The couples room must be reserved with a credit card on file, and couples massage pricing depends on the types of massage chosen.

Massage rooms have adjustable lighting and calm decor, and the spa plays Asian spa music during massages. Clients are asked to stay quiet during treatments to keep the space calm. Water or hot tea and a clean blanket are offered during treatments, and sheets are changed for every client. Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are recommended because the spa fills up quickly.

Combines Eastern methods such as acupressure and Thai massage with Western methods such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports and neuromuscular work, and can blend them in one session. Before a session, clients can talk through technique, symptoms and preferences with their therapist.
