The salon describes its sanitation process in detail. Metal instruments are cleaned with Cavicide, a hospital-grade disinfectant, then sealed in sterilization envelopes. They are autoclaved in a medical-grade Midmark unit at 270°F and stay sealed until a service begins. New files, buffers and pumice stones are used once per client and then discarded. The salon says autoclaving is the highest level of sterilization and is standard at U.S. medical facilities.

The pedicure menu includes a Signature Pedicure with a warm soak and hot towel finish, a Deluxe Pedicure with a peppermint and eucalyptus sea salt soak and heel therapy, and an Organic Pedicure with hot stone that uses a single-use four-step system with certified organic ingredients. The Ultimate Pedicure adds hot stone and a choice of paraffin wax or collagen socks. Pedicure chairs are described as noiseless and pipeless, and the lounge has seating arranged for groups, couples or groups of four.

Manicure options range from the Signature Manicure with cuticle care and a cucumber lotion massage to a Gentleman's Deluxe Manicure with a salt soak and hot towel wrap. Nail enhancements include acrylic with gel, acrylic ombre and French, builders gel and dip powder, with a dip service that uses no UV light and vitamin-enriched dip polish.

The Medspa menu offers facials built around medical-grade products, including a Signature Facial, an Acne Reduction Facial with a salicylic acid chemical peel and extractions, and chemical peels chosen after a skin analysis by professional aestheticians. Microdermabrasion with a diamond tip is offered for the outer layer of skin, and the salon says Allure magazine called its microdermabrasion one of the best kept secrets in skin care. According to the salon, chemical peel results are generally visible after the first peel and a series of 4 to 6 peels gives the best overall improvement.

Party bookings are available for bridal showers, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporate events and get-togethers. Details are arranged by phone or through the inquiry form.

The salon puts a clear focus on sanitation, with metal tools disinfected, autoclaved and sealed until use, and single-use files and buffers for each client.

Pedicure chairs are described as quiet and pipeless, and the lounge seats groups, couples and parties of four.
