Lash extension options include classic, volume and hybrid sets. Classic sets use faux mink extensions applied to each natural lash. Volume sets use handmade faux mink fans in 3D to 6D styles, and hybrid sets combine the two. Full sets take about 1 hour 30 minutes, and fills take about an hour depending on the refill interval. Fills need at least half of the existing extensions to remain; otherwise the appointment is charged as a full set. Extensions older than four weeks need a new full set.

The waxing menu covers lip, chin, brow, underarm, bikini, extended bikini, Brazilian, Hollywood, half leg and full leg services. Eyebrow tinting uses a semi-permanent dye that lasts up to two weeks. Underarm waxing uses hard wax, and leg waxing uses soft wax. Appointments outside regular hours carry a $40 after-hours or before-hours fee.

Booking requires a retainer, which is non-refundable and applied toward the service. A retainer can be transferred one time. Hours are Tuesday 12 to 5 PM, Wednesday 2 to 7 PM, Thursday and Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, and every other Saturday 7 AM to 3 PM. The studio also teaches lash extension training. Classic training runs 5 hours for $550, volume training runs 3.5 hours for $350 and requires classic certification, and a combined classic and volume class runs 8 hours for $750. A master brow training class is offered for $400. Lash classes include a full kit, live model practice, a manual, a certificate of completion and lifetime mentoring.
