Trapnailzbymarie operates from a home in Alief, Texas, with the address sent by confirmation email after booking.

Appointments are offered Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 9:00pm, with weekends closed. Times outside those hours may be available as squeeze-ins for a $20 fee on days services are offered. A $15 non-refundable deposit secures a time and is subtracted from the total at the end of the visit. The deposit can be paid through Cash App, Zelle or Apple Pay, and the remaining balance is paid in cash.

Clients have one hour to send the deposit, or the time may be given to someone else. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, after which a $15 fee is charged, rising to $20 at 15 minutes, and appointments are cancelled after 20 minutes. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead through the link in the confirmation email, and one deposit covers two reschedules. Deposits and services are non-refundable unless the business cancels, in which case the deposit is returned. Clients who no-call, no-show cannot book future appointments.

Clients should wash their hands before services and use the restroom before arriving, as no restroom is available. Extra guests are not allowed. Clients driving must share their vehicle make, model, year and color before arrival. Clients with damaged or brittle nails are turned away and the deposit is voided. Refills are not offered, and the business does not work over other nail technicians' work.

Work is done without rushing, with time given to each set.
