A Grit Daily feature described the practice as a one-stop shop that merges primary healthcare with medical spa treatments.

Aesthetic services include neurotoxins (Botox and Dysport) for fine lines, dermal fillers to restore volume and define facial contours, microneedling, PRP, PRP combined with microneedling, PRP with biostimulators to stimulate collagen, and skin rejuvenation with medical-grade facials and peels. Microneedling is listed at $150 per session, PRP at $200 per session or $150 per month on a 12-month commitment, and PRP with microneedling at $300. The practice says it is not a volume medspa, that each aesthetics consultation is with the patient's own provider, and that it does not use upselling, pressure or volume targets. It describes its aesthetic results as conservative and natural-looking by default.

Telehealth visits are same-day video or phone appointments with the patient's own provider and average 30 to 45 minutes. Nothing needs to be downloaded: the visit works from a phone, tablet or laptop, and a secure link is sent by text or email. Sessions are end-to-end encrypted and HIPAA-compliant. Visits cover common illnesses, urinary tract infections, skin conditions and rashes, medication management and refills, lab review, chronic disease management and preventive care. Each visit ends with an after-visit summary, prescriptions sent to the pharmacy and labs ordered when needed. The practice says it typically confirms telehealth requests within the hour. A telehealth visit costs $50, and visits beyond a plan's allotment are billed at the standard per-visit rate.

In-home and mobile care covers primary care sick visits, follow-ups and general consultations, aesthetics consultations, select aesthetic services, IV therapy, weight loss check-ins, post-procedure recovery visits and wellness assessments. Visits can take place at the patient's home, workplace or another preferred location across the Phoenix Valley, and a mobile health visit costs $150 with travel included. Weight loss plans are built around blood work the practice orders and reviews, and include medical weight loss consultations, body composition analysis, nutritional guidance and clinically supervised tirzepatide programs. IV drips are given in the office or at home, and a mobile IV therapy visit costs $300 with travel included. In-office drips run $100 to $300 depending on the formula, and a travel add-on of $100 applies to in-office-priced services performed at the patient's location.

Memberships are direct-pay, billed month to month with no long-term contract, and not billed through insurance. Wellness Essentials includes two telehealth visits a month, medication management and refills, an annual wellness review, and lab order and result review. Concierge Care adds unlimited telehealth, priority same-day scheduling, 20% off aesthetics treatments and quarterly provider check-ins. Total Concierge includes the Concierge Care benefits, a dedicated provider direct number, medical weight loss management, priority response within one hour and a complimentary new patient consultation. Individual aesthetics treatments and weight loss visits are also available without a membership. Care is offered without requirements based on financial status, and some labs, imaging or specialist referrals may be submitted to a patient's insurance depending on coverage. The practice is not an emergency service; medical emergencies should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
