Hours are Monday and Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday and Friday from 9 AM to 2:30 PM, and Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM. The studio is closed on weekends. Color correction starts with an in-person Color Correction Consultation, which covers the plan and budget and is required before booking a color correction service, with a deposit of half the deposit amount. New guests can book a 15-minute New Guest Consultation at no charge. Keratin Smoothing requires a $50 deposit.

Services are grouped under hair. They include a customized haircut with a complimentary blow dry, a shorter express cut for short hair with an air-dry finish, shaping and detailing for beards and mustaches, and men's grey blending for short hair. Color work runs from quick root touch-ups for minimal regrowth to full-color treatments with a blowout and foil highlights. The Keratin Smoothing Treatment uses the Cezanne Keratin system, which is formaldehyde-free. According to the studio, it reduces drying and styling time by 33% to 50% and results can last up to five months on average with proper at-home care.

Cancellations are requested at least 24 hours ahead. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 75% of the service cost to the card on file. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
