Spa packages are the easiest way to book several services at once. The Blue Belles Package takes about 3.5 hours and covers a facial, hair styling, manicure and pedicure. The Queen for A Day Package takes about 5.5 hours and covers all salon services, including a combo massage. Packages cannot be combined with other offers, and hair styling within a package may need extra payment at the appointment depending on hair length.

Reservations are recommended. Credit card information is required for services longer than one hour. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, late cancellations are charged 50 percent, and no-shows are charged the full price. Clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early, and late arrivals do not receive extra time and are charged the full fee. Children must be accompanied by an adult who stays with them during services. Phones must be turned off in the spa area, and the dressing room has a secure place for personal items. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prices on the website may change without notice.

Services are matched to the client, with facial treatments selected by skin type. According to the salon, massage therapists draw on several outside traditions, including nutrition, yoga, reiki, aromatherapy and Chinese medicine.
